Returns & Exchanges

At Ohouse, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ohouse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components, hardware, and instructions back into the original shipping boxes to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
